Lori Neer-Swantko Scholarship.
This scholarship fund was established in memory of Lori Neer, a 1986 graduate of the Medical Technology Program. Following graduation, Lori worked at Oakwood Hospital and from there moved to the position of Director of Medical Technology at the Annapolis Center in Wayne County. Lori died an untimely death at the age of 27. Lori highly valued her education, feeling it was one of the essential keys to her success. Thus, her husband, Matt Swanko, and family established this scholarship to provide financial assistance to deserving students. Students interested in applying for the scholarship should submit a letter during fall semester to the MT Program Director indicating their interest and need.

Pamela Agren Scholarship Fund.
Established in memory of Pamela Agren, an MSU Medical Technology Program alumnae, the scholarship is available each year. Pam was a consummate professional and great Spartan fan. Recipients will possess the qualities that Pam exemplified including a dedication to the profession and an orientation toward excellence in work and academic pursuits. Students should submit a letter during fall semester to the MT Program Director describing their interest in the scholarship and their financial need.
